I know you've seen this before, "We are currently under construction."  It has been a long road to what we want to accomplish.  Don't lose heart, we have not. Our priority is to get this done as soon as possible.  If it were up to me, the president of ASL IS it would have been done Mid-May, but since I'm an interpreter by trade and not a programmer, I guess we'll be waiting a little longer for the most awesome webpage!

Costs

Our system is easy. We will work with you and your company so everyone understands. We will set up paperwork for billing with your company. We charge only for the referral (to find the interpreter). You choose the interpreter you want and negotiate their fees.

Interpreter fees:

  • Certified interpreters charge $30-$45 per hour
  • Non-certified interpreters charge $20-$30 per hour
  • Interpreters have a 2 hour minimum charge

Referral fees:

  • Interpreters bill for their time, ASL Interpreting Services bills for referral (to find the interpreter). A referral fee is charged for each interpreter each day, or for each job.
  • Each referral costs $29 OR
  • A Membership fee of $195 is good for 10 referrals
  • No time limit on Membership, we keep track of referrals used
  • A rush fee $39 will be charged or two referrals from Membership will be used if the interpreter request is less than 2 business days (48 hours) before the event

One Bill Option:

  • If you would like to receive one bill,  we can invoice your organization. Our rate is $109 for the first two hours and $45 per hour thereafter, billed at the quarter hour.

Cancellation Policy:

Full price of interpreter and referral paid if cancellation is less than two business days (48 hours) before the job.

If you add the cost of the two fees, we still cost less!
